  Rented a bed and I had complaints that the mattress needed to be replaced well when I paid it off they were supposed to come replace it. Well they came out and took pictures and got the inventory number. They were to be back to replace it after about 20 days or so (they have 60 days to replace it after paid off) I called the manger tells me they have to come out get the inventory number which they did already. Needless to say I havent seen them and its been months! My bed still has a huge dent in it only had it for 18 months! Smh and I think they didnt come out because I didn't lease anything else I'm only going to lease what I need and can afford I may have not at that time but maybe later on but now since this horrible service I will never again.

  Horrible customer service , the general manager "Josh" has no control over the store or his staff. If you decide to lease here , well lease at your own risk. You have warned . DO NOT COME HERE !!! They will have you waiting for your equipment for ever , and when you ask for a reason why , "Josh" the G.M will not have an answer for your,, and will go around every question you might have because he is not equipped to be a G.M.
