  if i could give this LOCATION less than one star i would. The staff there are beyond incompetent of running a store, or communicating with people. I called to make a payment for one item and was charged a full months payment for all my items and than i was called a liar after i expressed to the dull-witted, foolish, imbecile and ignorant object on the other end of the phone, that he did not explain that i was being charged for all three items. SO i paid a two week payment at the beginning of the month and than i was charged a full months payment. This in no way is fair especially when it is near the holidays. So after being robbed and told that if i wanted to get my money back, for his mistake he would be forced to come take the stuff back. I already paid off one item with in two payments and i have not missed a payment yet. I dont appreciate how the things are ran here, they are so unclear on communicating when it comes to payments, I wish i never gave them a penny. This LOCATION is not worth it. At the end of the day i wanted MY ACCOUNT to be due on the 1st and the 15th since i have multiple items, and i ask every time i come in to make a payment. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and i will recommend all my friends and family to never do business with Aarons. This company is iniquitous and perfidious. FYI, not everybody is the same and as a company, you should not treat them as such. some people actually care about their credit and not everybody can afford to just buy furniture straight out.
