  So far I’m only half pleased. Very prompt with scheduling and communicating for my first treatment. Now it’s time for the second and no one has returned my emails or phone calls. It’s supposed to happen Friday. I’ve already paid for the FULL service (three separate treatments) and very worried I might get stiffed. I will change the review when and if my phone calls and emails are returned. And the appointment is scheduled. Very uneasy right now February 20th- the day after I wrote the above review I finally got a call back. The call center didn’t understand why I was getting a second treatment for bed bugs?!? So I asked for a supervisor to contact me. Neil called and apologized that I fell through the cracks and promised to make it right. Made an appt for Friday if the same week. They called and asked me to change it to Thursday which I did. Three people showed up and I emphasized that they were spreading to the bathroom and the wall that meets the living room. They really seemed to want to make it right. So why did I come home and see that only the bedroom had been treated. I was told the whole house would? I could be wrong but no couch cushions moved. Everything in the living room was as I left it. I was disappointed but assume they know what they’re doing. Now it’s a week later and I’m still seeing some activity and I’m supposed to have another treatment and no one has called to schedule it...again. So I’ll have to reach out...again to get them to come out. This time I may just have to stay and watch to make sure the whole house is done. I paid a lot of money for a job to be done right and I’m still not happy. Can’t change my review yet.

  Action Pest Control did a great job. I called because I was seeing ants already in February and I wanted it taken care of. I called for a quote and they came out and did an inspection for free. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. They were there on time and I feel that is important. After the inspection, I decided to continue to use their service and they were here just a few days later to spray the house. Definitely recommend!
