  Poor customer service. It was all great until we received our damaged sectional before Thanksgiving. They finally picked up the piece for repair a couple of days before Christmas. We have half of our sectional right now. Brandi said we would have it back before the holiday. Christmas passed, New Year’s passed..it is now January 7 and we still don’t have our repaired furniture. We get no updates. Brandi keeps giving us the run around. Even though Faith gets frustrated with us, she has been very helpful. She should be the store manager. Brandi is unprofessional, making the company bad for business. I wish I knew who was above her so I could speak with them. I was going to wait until we received our repaired piece before leaving a review, but it looks like we won’t ever get it. Currently looking at litigation procedures, because that “just ain’t right”!
