  I usually don't write reviews but this time I thought I should. We bought a sofa for little under 4K. It took a while to get it delivered which was okay since I live in Bloomington. Once we got the sofa the delivery guys just dumped it and left. They didn't put the legs of the sofa on. I tried putting them up myself and realized 2 of them wouldn't fit. Nobody followed up after delivery to see if everything was okay. Then I realize the sofa has a few spots and big scratches and has worn out edges which I can say for sure it was a floor sample and not a new sofa as claimed. Then it took ages to try and get a new one. They promised a couple of dates for deliver and there was no sign of the sofa. Me and my wife called them multiple times and finally ended up cancelling it and asked them to get it picked up and refund our money. They have great furniture (expensive obviously) but worst customer service experience of a life time dealing with expensive furniture.

  Love this place! I just stopped in to look ! Was extremely impressed! Beautiful showroom with super very unique pieces! The staff were very informative and helpful! They made me feel right at home! I’ll go back again for sure when I have more time!
