  Three of us went to this Best Buy to purchase a flat screen TV for my 92-year-old mother-in-law. It was complicated, with three adults trying to choose and the other child, who was paying for it, had to be consulted by phone. Our salesperson, Eric, was incredibly patient and helpful, willing to wait through the eternal conversation loops we seemed to get stuck in. We expected that we would have to schedule installation several weeks out, which was going to add to the complications, but we were amazed that they were able to schedule it in just 48 hours! And this was right after Christmas, when we assumed they would have a lot of gift TVs to install. We were very pleased with the service we received, especially from Eric.
