  Very overpriced. For a (warm) case of beer, tried to charge 6-pack price X 4. Claimed not to understand the concept of case pricing as "she was just an employee." Declined to continue transaction. Will never go back, especially since Meijer is right next door and had what I was looking for at a price $8 cheaper than what Big Ben Liquors wanted to charge.
