  The pharmacist read the directions on my prescription and filled it wrong. When I called back that evening to tell them it was wrong, they told me to return to the pharmacy the next day (after 10 or 11 am, during work hours) and exchange what they gave me for the correct dosage. When I brought the medication back they told me they could not override the incorrect instructions the pharmacist entered into the system. So, now they want me to ask my doctor for a new prescription (even though they still have the original one from two days ago). This is moronic because 1) it's not my doctor's problem their pharmacists can't read, 2) my insurance isn't going to pay to have the same medicine filled twice in one month, and 3) they already have the correct prescription, they just need to figure out how to make edits in their system and stop being lazy. This isn't even the first time the pharmacy has messed something up. I regularly waste hours of my life due to their incomptency. Hope they hire some pharmacists that can read prescriptions and count past 30. Either way I'm not going back to CVS.
