  I have called numerous times from a providers office to ask for a pharmacist because it was urgent to make sure our patient had their scripts in. Repeatedly I was transferred to voicemail line and was not even given the option to hold or call back later. The 4th time I called and the same rude young lady answered and I stated it was important I speak with a pharmacist; in which she stated "Um you can just hold" then I was sent to voicemail once again. At this point I just wanted to contact store manager. I spoke with Michael I believe and explained my situation with him and expressed my concerns with his pharmacy staff but then I was appalled at his response. He told me "Well we have been having problems with her sending people to voicemail but their is not much I can do about it because I cant force her to answer calls" I was speechless, you are at a position being store manger to direct and put order in your store so how is that you cannot do anything about it. He did let me know he could give me the number to contact his boss (corporate office) but then placed me on hold. I was then sent somehow sent to pharmacy line AGAIN in which a pharmacy tech named Vickie answered. I told her I was on hold and then she placed me on hold again. Shortly after I was connected to the pharmacy line! I hung up ! This store has no order and obviously NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING HERE NOR CARE. I will be contacting cvs corporate offices about this location so that no one else has this type of experience.
