    So if I could rate this store management negative 5 stars I would. First, I want to say.. I love this store but am very disappointed. Yesterday 07/19/17 around 7:30pm I went to the store with my boyfriend looking for this hair treatment I love by garnier & I found 2 last bottles so I grabbed them since below the label showed, " 2 for 7 " so of course how can I pass on that right! So we go to pay & it doesn't come up on a deal so I asked the cashier ( with no attitude or aggression ), " I thought this was 2 for 7, that's how much it shows over there " so she goes can you show me.. and so my bf went to show her where it was and she came back and kindly tried to change the price. She couldn't so she called the manager & lied to the manager ( I have no clue on to why she did that ) - I'll explain how.. so the manager straight up just says, " I'll take you in the next register, let me see what's going on cause I hate to change the prices, I don't like it " so she checks the price on the computer it still doesn't show the deal so she then says, "show me where you found this" so this time me and my bf both go to show her & she says, " sorry someone must have misplaced it, I'm not changing the price" I showed her where I found it, but she did not help me find the actual label that belonged to the product, I just didn't want to overpay. All, exactly all the garnier products were 2 for 7 & you mean to tell me those small bottles cost more? So I tell the lady, " ok thank you mam I'm going to go ahead and look for the label myself to see if there's a deal for these because I've had a deal on these same bottles before, and she says, " you can look all you want in not changing the prices " me- well if I find the exact label for this and it's on a deal then you're going to have to change it mam. Her- honey you can look all you want for how ever long you want, I'm not changing the prices on these. So of course that ticked my bf up and he was wrong for this but he says, " what the f*** why does she think we're here to steal like we're changing the prices on purpose " and she yells, " do not curse in my store! This is my store! I'm calling the cops", me- mam there's no reason to call the cops all I'm saying is I'm going to look for the label, (which was just under the product not on the actual product ). Her- you guys are being aggressive you need to calm down. Me- mam I am calm, you need to breath, ( she had like anger issues, she was breathing hard and being very defensive for no reason) Her- the only reason why I came over here was because my cashier said YOU specifically gave her an attitude & you were being aggressive with her ( she's a young African American girl, so if you see her just know she might lie, maybe because she kept asking for help and felt as if she needed a good reason to get the manager ) idk but I said, " mam I never once gave her an attitude or was aggressive towards her.. so she just walks away.. and we start looking for the label and we could hear her talking very loudly and unprofessional in front of all the customers in line, she called the cops and all. So I tell my bf, " lets just go because this is so not worth it and it's so petty, so as I'm waking out I ask the store manager, " can I get the name of the person who's over you please". Her- you can talk to the cops, they're coming. Me- what's your name then? Her- Jessica Harris ( a heavy set older African American woman with glasses ) then she's like.. now get out my store! This is my store! Me- this is not a franchise, you just manage this store & I don't see how because I've done customer service for 7 years and you're not fit for this job, a real manager would've done everything to help us or at least offered a sincere apology without being rude! Her- you were attacking my cashier. Me- your cashier is lying! So at this point she got me out of my character and I kind of called her out of her name out of anger and walked out the store. I had to call customer service & place a complaint. Worse experience, waiting on follow up. Not giving up on this store.
