  Always have system issues. Dr order prescription at 9am and at 5pm still no luck.... And when you call to inquire about it, they get upset with you like it is your fault.... Sorry just trying to get my medicine...

  I actually love this pharmacy Megan and David are the nicest pharmacist I have never had to wait longer than ,20 minutes regardless if busy or not I get my prescription filled every month at this location and will continue to do so my fiancee name is kolbi and she his here as well

  Wow... I went to CVS on 6/26/17 to purchase my prescription. My flex card wasn't working for whatever reason so I paid cash for the medicine ($37). I went home and called the customer service number on my health savings account card and was told that nothing was wrong with my card. Maybe it was just a clitch in the system. So I returned to CVS and met a employee with blue hair by the name of Paige! OMG.. She didn't understand my request to cancel the first transaction and pay for it with my flex card. She was confused and then became rude about the matter. I asked for a Manager and she told me there was no one available to assist. "I don't do refunds for medicine here!" I am not about to give you your money back and charge your flex account! That's against our policy and began to yell. I'm not losing my job for nobody and walked away! Well, the Pharmacist was assisting someone else and heard what was going on. He assisted and I received my money back and he charged my card appropriately! I WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH PAIGE OR THAT CVS WHEN SHE IS WORKING. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT!!!! THEN BECAME LOUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH CONDUCT. "THIS JOB DOESN'T MATTER TO ME ATTITUDE IS A PROBLEM WHEN PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDICINES TO SURVIVE." BE AWARE OF PAIGE THE BLUE HAIRED PHARMACY TECH
