  The technician arrived exactly on time. He was able to communicate very effectively, very friendly and courteous. After explaining the system, it's options we walked over the property and discussed how each device could be used in various locations. We then set down to discuss what we needed to achieve our the goals we wanted met. After selecting the options we wanted he very quickly installed them and then held some training with us to explain how to use our system and answered all our questions.

  They did a great job on the installation and I feel secure having it installed. I was told upfront that the "sales flyer price" was for using telephone lines in the house for their service. The "cellular system" would cost more by not using the phone lines in the house for their service. The installation price did increase due to additional monitors and sensors being installed in each floor/room in the house, as I was only quoted a price on the phone for the 1st floor. I was surprised seeing a sub-contractor show up to do the installation, but I have found out in the past that other companies do this also. The installer did a great job doing the install and he explained to me everything about the install and service while he was doing the work.
