  Worst experience ever. Ordered online. Went to the store three times in an effort to pick up my package. First time, they couldn't find it and told me they would call when it was found. They said it had been there for over two weeks, even though I have the e-mail that was received THAT day, stating it was ready for pick-up. They found one of my boxes but none of the others. They told me I could not take the one box they found. Two weeks later, Corporate e-mails and says it is ready to pick up. Second trip to the store. I wait over 40 minutes while they look for the box that they had the first day I went. Manager states she lost my phone number and then reported the packages as not picked up, so they put my package back on the shelf. I was given the option to PURCHASE the boxes they had, even though I already paid for them and they had my name printed on the label. So I had to purchase an item that I already paid for. I was told to take up the refund with corporate. Got home, and I see that they overcharged me for my items. Apparently counting the vases by hand is a very difficult task. Will now need to back to the store for a THIRD time. Corporate blames the store. The store blames Corporate. And I'm stuck with double the money taken out of my account and no compensation or expression of remorse. And no items to show for it.
