  Description Of Work: Fentress repaired extensive wood rot damage to the exterior trim on my home including the front door frame, gutter carboyles, and eves, involving tearing out old rotted wood and replacing it with new trim wood custom fitted. They also painted the new wood to match, and installed a new cross piece on the house above the garage door to prevent separation at the ends of vertical trim boards. Finally, they identified the source of water seepage in the basement, and fixed it by installing a concrete patch between the front porch and the foot of the house where separation had occurred over the years. . Member Comments: Chris Spencer was our project manager, and Keith the master carpenter who did most of the work. We had used this team before on an earlier project with excellent results, and were again delighted with the final product. Fentress had to delay the start until good weather set in, but then promptly and professionally accomplished all the work cited above, at a very reasonable price. Chris kept in touch with us regarding schedule, arranged for all the materials needed, checked the progress of the job, and ensured we were satisfied customers. We cannot say enough good things about Keith, who is probably the most skilled carpenter I have ever had perform work on any house I have owned. At the conclusion, the exterior of the house was in excellent shape, as verified by the home inspector hire by the family purchasing my house.
