After having driven 35 minutes, I was eager to get "in an out." However, the customer service desk representative who assisted me appeared to be overwhelmed. She quickly "checked me in" and directed me to a waiting area on the other side of her service desk area. After an approx. 20 minute wait, my order finally appeared!
