  We have been members of Indy Direct Buy for over 5 years, our experience has been fantastic with the products, and the service has been top notch! We have easily recouped our membership investment with the purchase of a kitchen. We have also purchased flooring, furniture and electronics and found the savings to be significant! Jack and Genta have built a terrific service team! Holly is a fantastic kitchen designer providing designs that are fresh and fashionable! Tom and Ronnie are the best! They are very customer adept with a high sense of urgency in responding to any question promptly and thoroughly! Every consumer should be members as it is a great model for purchasing home goods!!
