  We got the bed and it is great, but there was some confusion with the mattress cover we bought too. I took it back to the store and asked the employee there about it and he instantly ripped me to shreds. I never felt so dumb in all my life. He said that it certainly couldn't have come from his store. It is my wife that does the laundry so I asked her if the cover could have been from any other bed. She said we would check it out when I got home. Turns out we did find the right size cover in the basement, it just got lost in the wrong basket. Point being though, seems like more thought goes into the mattress than the people they hire. Once they had our money... they didn't give a second thought to our complaint. We know it was our error now, but he did not need to make me/us feel like a pair of idiots in the process. Though I do not want to speak with the owner, he did reach out to us and leave a voice message. As to the purpose of the call, it was the Castleton location at 6:00 pm on 7/28/2015. Please do not contact us again about this matter. I raised the amount of stars in the review as I believe this is your concern.
