The manager at this Lowes would rather piss off a loyal customer than refund the $20 spent on these bags. Lessons learned: 1. Don’t buy Glad Contractor 28-Count 42-Gallon Black Construction Trash Bags. 2. Be wary of customer service at this location. They would rather worry about refunding the $20 versus the thousands in annual spend I make here (or used to).
