  My experience today 2/23/18 goes as follows. To get to The point! The man in the back in appliance section was not professional and actually acted as if we were bothering him. It was hard to get answers from him because at first he'd dick around the question - "well I guess I could look, I guess I can do this, I supposed it's the same model, I'm not sure what it does" he didn't know a darn thing about the product. I know he wasn't new, the older man working back there was asking him for help on computer and other questions. This older aged man was VERY VERY POLITE. The middle aged man ( without mentioning names was not helpful)! I picked out the Bosch unit (not the most expensive and certainly not cheap) he said he would look in the back to see. The first one we picked wasn't in stock even tho it was claiming online this store had the model. Finally he figured out that I was trying to actually buy one! I picked out the Bosch unit (not the most expensive and certainly not cheap) he said he would look in the back to see. 7 minutes later again he's said he would go back and see if it's in stock.. I nearly left after I figured out the one we at first picked out online the day before was not in stock! He DID NOT TRY TO convince me otherwise that there was just as many good units there to pick from. I'm in sales, you show the client/customer towards the products you do offer! INSTEAD I kept myself there because we wanted to get this installed this weekend and the kids didn't need to drive around all day with us looking for one. I hope this review reached the right hands in office and they push more training. People spend hard earned money in these home improvement stores and they deserve guidance and help.
