  Don't expect anything nearly as nice as the Macy's at Castleton Mall. This store is much smaller with limited selection. The service, for me, has always been very nice. I prefer the Castleton location, but the Glendale store is good for quick trips!

  When I asked the where the ladies jackets where located, The lady at the fragrance section told me to go to the back wall where the discounted clothes are. I first want to state that my husband and I were not dressed up with suits considering we did not work this morning. Then when she saw my face drop. She asked me what was wrong? I simply replied thanks and walked away. My husband and I left and walked all the way around the store on the outside. Couldn't stand to be inside there for even a minute. I would think considering she was a black woman such as myself she would've had a little more cooth about herself. I felt disrespected and a bit embarrassed considering I work hard for everything I own. As a working woman I deserve much more respect to be given in a place while purchasing merchandise.

  Sad--a pre-Thanksgiving visit made it clear we're witnessing the dying throes of a once-mighty retail sector. Plenty of merchandise; sparse shoppers and only one or two registers open per floor. Both service desks had technology problems which clerks said were chronic. I doubt the company can invest in IT when in-store sales are just a trickle. The few staff we did find were helpful and cheerful. See you online, folks...
