Spent 24k on floors/stairs. One of stairs cracked. Took 3 months for them to come back to fix only to install a warped board. Notified them and sent photo only to wait 1 month for them to come out to check. It's now Jan and still waiting on them to make it right. Quick to take money but slow on customer service.
