  For anything from lumber to milk, Menards is a one stop shop. Their return policy and 11% rebates are great too. Another plus is they don't hire a bunch of kids that don't have any work ethic or responsibility to help the customer.

  Usually OK on in-store customer service; however, their "rebates" are too often a joke for several reasons. (1) Their "rebates" are NOT rebates. They are store credits where you must mail in copies of paperwork and receipts to Rebates International. (2) Rebates International gets a 1 Star for overall customer service, and sometimes a big "0" for customer service when they miss sending "store credits" in their 6-8 weeks promised time frame. (3) I've had to return items to the store for full refund because "store credits" came late by months or not at all. (4) Once the store customer service gave me the rebates when I showed them the nasty letter I received from Rebates International after I contacted them about them not issuing "store credits" as promised. (5) FYI - Rebates International will not call you to answer questions. And, I've received incomplete refunds due to the delay in Rebates International issuing complete "store credits" in 2016. They have not answered by last two letters. I am still waiting!
