From the sales staff to the furniture installers, everyone is very friendly, professional, and extremely customer-oriented. Every business exists to make a profit, but you never feel like someone is trying to make a profit off of you when you deal with OFM. I actually feel as a customer that I come first! Great service and great products at reasonable prices -- it's why we keep coming back to OFM for our corporate furnishings.
