  PDA is the best! I took over a long standing automotive repair business in Indianapolis this year. I decided to get some shirts and hats made to help with a little promotion of the shop. I went to PDA after much research and a strong recommendation from my designer to deal with a local printer. I am so glad I did! They took great care of me. We started with screen printed shirts, then embroidered hats. The shirts went off without a hitch. They even made a suggestion before printing that really made my design better for the shirts. Top quality and at a fair price. It took a little time to get the embroidery to be at what I expected as good quality. And I am picky. They not only happily dealt with me on it, running through two or three hats at no cost to me, but did get the finished product better than par. Being happy enough with their service so far, I decided to get my new business cards done there as well. Though it was more expensive than a generic online source; the quality of card stock, printing and my previous experience was more than enough for me to pay the extra. When I got the business cards the Zip Code was short a number. 2000 cards...worthless. All of this because the file I sent them for the card design was short a number. MY FAULT!! So they said they would see if they could do anything for me, though they were at Absolutely no fault in the situation. They do design, I could have avoided this by using them. But no matter. They ran my new set of cards once I sent them the updated file, at NO CHARGE to me! Above and Beyond. They could have easily and legitimately charged me full price again. But they chose not to. However, do not take their kindness as weakness. I did not expect a break, nor do I feel I really deserved one. Bottom Line, PDA is a great place for your needs. They are friendly, patient, more than fair, and do a quality job. Not only am I a customer for life, but my money stays local. It's a new generation of business out there, and they are in the forefront (me too I hope). Thanks PDA!!!
