  I bought a nice solitaire diamond and had it set in an new engagement ring along with a matching wedding band to upgrade my wife of 26 years wedding set. Shane did well with the engagement ring but failed to get the wedding band sized correctly. I do not know how many people get to celebrate 26 years of marriage to the same person these days but it seems pretty rare, which is why I am giving a poor rating. I planned a very nice family dinner at one of Indy's nicest restaurants only to have the chef present the ring that didn't fit during her main course. The situation was compounded by a young sales person that basically stated, "Well, we make mistakes too!" Like it was no huge issue nor had any empathy during the conversation. Again, it's the rarity of the occasion that not many people get to experience that was diminished by Shane's staff. They not only failed to size the ring properly but after I asked them on four different times during the transaction to size it just like the engagement ring they just made. I got an affirmative answer but it seems no one was listening. If you buy something for a special occasion you better get a written guarantee that the work will get done correctly or buy elsewhere.
