  Horrible service and attitudes. Shi sells awesome shoes. Their prices aren't spectacular, but they carry a lot of shoes you can't find anywhere else in the state. Unfortunately, their quality of service is absolutely awful. I've visited the Castleton location three times to buy gifts for my girlfriend. The staff has been unjustifiably rude each time. They were constantly pulling out their phones to text and treated me like I was wasting their time despite being the only customer in the store. They are also uninformed and/or completely unaware of many of their products. On one visit, the saleswoman glared at me, confused, when I asked what colors of Onitsuka Tigers they had in stock. She was standing right next to an entire rack of them. She explained that she wasn't sure they stocked any kind of "Onyx Tiger" shoe and that I should shop elsewhere. I pointed to the shoes in question and directed her to the product page on the Shi website. She became extremely angry and told me that what they had on the rack was it, no other sizes, no other colors. I will gladly shop at the Journeys Shoes locations at Circle Center or even right here in Castleton, but I'm never going to this Shi again.
