  The wait wasn’t too long on an early Friday afternoon, but it giving it a single star because,of course, poor customer service. I had this cocky, arrogant guy to work with. My voice was going and it hurt to talk but I needed to get a new phone. He was condescending and impatient. He also kept trying to make me buy the Samsung Galaxy 8 when I told him I preferred to try out the IPhone. Typical ego-sensitive male. I just walked out. Like...I didn’t come there to waste your time. Why would you waste mine? I rarely go to Sprint stores. I always end up going to Best Buy.
