  My issue with Sprint isn’t necessarily sales reps at this store but Sprint in general. When I switched from AT&T to Sprint, I signed up for up to 5 lines of unlimited talk text and data for $100. When it went into the system something got screwed up which ended up putting me on a different plan and not the up to 5 lines of unlimited for $100. I have been to the store countless times to get the problem resolved and every time they work on it the sales reps get confirmation that the problem has been resolved however it isn’t fixed on my end and I end up paying $100 more than initially quoted. This time I got real answers and though the problem may not be fixed the sales man did try to give me an alternative which is better than nothing so I’m changing my review to a 3 star. The employees have been friendly and have tried to help. I just didn’t realize that they were being told the problem was fixed and it wasn’t. So in essence they weren’t “blowing” me off. It’s just a frustrating situation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone switch to sprint at this point however, my situation is one that I’ve been assured doesn’t happen. It’s a crazy fluke. I hope no one else has had to deal with what I’ve had to.
