  Originally I had rated this company 1 star because of their customer service. I have now changed it to 4 stars because the owner Bill is awesome and the products are awesome. My issue with customer service is the office manager Terry- if she wasn't still the office manager- I would put them at 5 stars. I am hoping my issue with her is isolated because Bill is great. He has now taken care of any issues I had in an efficient and friendly manner. He is very knowledgeable and hands on and the company has a wide range of products. We have black out honeycomb upstairs in the bedrooms that can come down from the top or up from the bottom (see pictures). They are super neat!
