  The people working at this store Friday, May 20th, threw keys at my 3 year old son. I could not believe what just happend. I was walking past this store with my son, and he had his hand on the window, I believe the young woman was the one who threw them. I stopped and looked at them and she acted as if she had no clue how her keys ended up in the front window. Which may I add that had jewelry in it. Im sure that whoever is responsible for this store would NOT have been happy about that. They work in a mall, there are children walking by constantly. I am disgusted and angry that someone would be that pathetic. Throwing keys at a child who is learning boundaries, and has no idea that he is doing wrong. Disgusting people.

  The only reason this store gets even one star is because zero is not an option. I have given a lot of my money to Swarovski, and I also expect to be treated with respect. My first concern was a charm bracelet I had that has rusted, I've worn it while washing my hands/dishes but I have never experienced rusting on any other jewelry from here. Customer service told me to go into store. When I told the sales person what happened, she laughed in my face, and said I'm not supposed to let water touch the jewelry. I proceeded to let her know, I spend a lot of my money here and Pandora and have never experienced this. She continued to smirk and said, "Well, it looks to me that we aren't Pandora, they're across the hall." Clearly, I know this, I was simply telling her I've never experienced rusting on jewelry from Pandora AND Swarovski, as I own many pieces from both jewelers. If anything I was complimenting the high end jewelry. That's when I decided, I won't tell her I also wanted to purchase a necklace and bangle set from here, that would have easily cost me a couple hundred if not a thousand dollars. I took my business elsewhere, and ended up purchasing a diamond necklace and earring set from Helzburg Diamonds. By no means is Swarovski a bad company, I've never experienced rusting on any jewelry in the past. Just this location, with the sales person, was bad.
