  Terrible service!!! I went there looking for some type of prepaid internet/cable option. Comcast offers prepaid services that don't require a credit check so I was sure ATT did. I mentioned several times to the worker that I DID NOT want my credit ran for service. We had a conversation about it, I let her know I didn't want it to affect my credit she clearly understood my request. Even when she asked for my social I reaffirmed my protest of a credit check & she assured me I was fine. Well guess what there's a hard hit on my credit report from ATT. I have a go phone since I didn't want the credit check and recently I came into the store for a quick question. There was only on person working & he had a couple there. I understood & waited patiently. I bumped something & he looked. After approx 15 mins another person came in & he immediately greeted them. He looked my way I waved & said hello & he said hello. I continued to stand there for another 15 mins I came in at 7 & left at 7:30 the store closes at 8. I absolutely hate this store & their rude, lying, incompetent employees.
