Unfortunately, the customer service standards at this location have plummeted in the last 6 months - 1 year. Instead of really listening and understanding customer needs and demands, they've transformed their tactic to focus solely on sales and marketing as many promotions/products as possible. I've been completely ignored after entering the store even though there was only one other customer browsing, and then faced with a condescending attitude from pushy representatives. It's understandable to want to increase sales, but definitely not at the expense of decent customer service. Huge disappointment--I'm never coming to this location again.

Alberto Moreno Garcia I admire and greatly appreciate that you are a master of customer satisfaction and a problem solving genius. Thank you!! Castleton Mall, Tmobile, Alberto and Kyle were closing up in 5 minutes on a Friday at 8:55 pm. Then I came storming in demanding my issues be taken care of right then. I came into that store ssince I couldn't get any help from the Support Team over the phone. I was extremely unhappy and ready to cancel service with tmobile due to a multiple issues that were not improving and honestly getting worse. Questions were not addressed and billing issues not explained and daily the Support Team kept pissing me off since every call to tmobile support just kept getting transferred from one customer service person to the next for hours until I had enough. Alberto went above and beyond to make sure he had all my issues resolved. He stayed way after closing time in order to help solve every problem I had with tmobile. My bill was fixed. Lines removed. Charges explained. And I traded in my old phone to a new phone. I AM A TMOBLE BELIEVER AGAIN THANKS TO ALBERTO and his awesome service. To the Tmobile Executives, Support Teams, President, CEO, and managers I hope you find and hire more people like Alberto Moreno Garcia. He is epic! I WAS PLANNING ON CANCELING SERVICE THAT NIGHT UNTIL ALBERTO MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT IN A FEW MINUTES VS. EVERYONE ELSE IN TMOBILE LAND THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH THAT COULDNT SOLVE ONE ISSUE OVER MONTHS. Alberto needs to be a trainer or manager.
