  I've bought 3 Oreck products from here over the past 3 years and am very happy with them and the customer service. I've taken my upright Oreck for its free tune-up every year, paid for a new roller last year that they recommended, and it still runs like new. I have 2 cats and a dog, so I use it several times a week. It seemed like a lot to pay when I first bought it, but the continued maintenance I get as a result makes it very worthwhile. I could have spent less on something from Target, but I wouldn't get the free maintenance every year. So I wouldn't get a vacuum that runs as good as new every year. I highly recommend this store.
