  I was just in from the Indianapolis Airport to go to a Wedding in French Lick from Boston. My Phone fell off a balcony in Boston and was destroyed. I was Traveling with my elderly handicapped Mother, and was cut off from all my family and friends that were Traveling as well. I stopped at your store, and your Employee Zack was super helpful. He hooked me up with a new phone as quickly as possible, so we could get back on the road, and contact our family. There was also a customer in the store that let me go ahead of her. I didn't catch her name, but am grateful to her as well. Zack provided excelled customer service!! Thanks again for making a very stressful situation better. Fran

  Came in and waited for an hour. Staff didn't even acknowledge my existence. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and the service was very slow. Makes me wonder why I even give Verizon my business.
