  Everything is great but the staff. Both times I have had to return things they act like its a huge hassle and give off way to much attitude. I love VS but will never be shopping at this one again due to staff always being rude.

  I'm not sure what the issue is with this location but the management team needs a training on customer service and racial profiling. Specifically, the manager Brandy! As a teenager, I worked retail and I was always taught to go above and beyond for the customer. Furthermore, I was taught to treat every customer with the same amount of respect. It's the Holiday season, as the oldest of seven, I try to do as much as I can for my siblings, so I added my teenage sister to my VS credit card, as an authorized buyer. Prior to informing my sister that she was free to use my account, I contact VS account services and inquired about what information my sister would need, because she would not have the card physically with her. I was informed that she would need her i.d. and my ssn. Shortly after, I contacted my sister and informed her of the aforementioned. My sister visited the Castleton Square location and attempted to make a purchase. A manager by the name of Lexi, told her she was unable to located the account and I needed to be present. I sent my sister my DLN and asked to speak with the manager. I informed the manager that my account could be located with my ssn and my dln. I also informed her that if she looked at the account or called card services, she would see that my sister was an authorized buyer. My sister hung up and I assumed that matter was resolved. To my surprise, my sister called me back. This time she was requesting my account number. I had to stop driving and pull the information up on my phone. In addition to my statement, I made a screen shot of my authorized buyers and the correspondence between myself and VS account services. I sent the screen shots to my sister and, again, I assumed the matter would be resolved. Once again, I learned that she was unable to make her purchases. Additionally, I learned that the store manager Brandy got involved and proceeded to tell my 18 year old sister, as a VS employee should know better and that she can't use the card. Moreover, she told my sister that it looked like a fraudulent made changes to my screen shots of the authorized users (I can not make this up guys). My sister told her that as a VS employee she should have better customer service. After learning about the foregoing, I contacted VS services again and asked who was listed as my authorized buyers. When they read my sister name, I asked why she could use the card. They informed me that the store could have verified by phone and found my account information with all my PERSONAL information that I forwarded with no problem. I called the store back and asked to speak with Brandy. I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and had my sister been a different hue, she would have done her job. I also asked for her supervisor's contact information and she refused to provide it. In result, I contacted customer service and filed a complaint. This type of behavior is unacceptable. My sister spent one hr trying to make a purchase with a valid method of payment. The store treated her like she was a common criminal trying to steal my identity. Rather than go the extra mile or even pick up the phone, they embarrassed her. To add insult to injury they did this in front of my 7 year old sister. The manager, Brandy, was unprofessional, rude, and offensive. I find her behavior to be racial motivated and vile. Be mindful when shopping at this location!
