  I've VERY DISAPPOINTED. My husband bought a necklace for me for Christmas. He bought it on Dec. 17th and it made it clear that it was a gift as he needed help with the purchase. Imagine my surprise when I went there today to exchange the necklace, as I didn't care for it, when to find out any purchase in the store must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. I didn't even ask for a refund, but just an exchange. Even when explaining that it was a Christmas gift, they were unwilling to work with me. Highly impractical for a professional person, who finds it difficult to run to exchange items within a 7 day period of time. I have spent my share of money in this boutique over the last several years and typically recommend as I like to support local vendors--I can most certainly say that after this experience I will not return. So shoppers beware--if you purchase something, you sure better like it otherwise your clock runs out in 7 days!!!!
